FAST FORCE TRAINING WITH DOMINIK KLEIN

Many club athletes were there live on May 29, 2020 from 5 p.m. during the online speed strength training with the former handball world champion Dominik Klein and  Ingemar Pohl.

The 50-minute training session took place as part of the "We move Bavaria" campaign. It was brought into being by the Bavarian sports associations for football, handball, volleyball, gymnastics, skiing and tennis in order to give club athletes a training opportunity even when the sports facilities are closed.
